This is a Maple Neck with Maple Fingerboard to suit all left-handed ST style kits.  It has 21 frets and a blank “Paddle” style headstock.  Machine head holes are drilled.

If adding as an upgrade to a kit, allow an extra day for delivery so that your neck can be matched to the body of your guitar.

Note, these necks are made to industry standard dimensions, however and replacement part should come with the expectation of some slight shimming or sanding to get it to sit snugly.
